I ordered a jacket from recreation-outfitters.com the product info was spot on. The size, color, and material were all basically just like they showed on the page. I really really hate when photos make something look totally different in person, but this one matched well. Super easy to know what I was getting, and yeah, I’d buy from them again.

I was disappointed with the warranty support. It took a while to hear back, and even after following up a few times, I still didn’t really get a clear answer. So, yeah, overall it was just a frustrating experience

I ordered a couple outdoor items from recreation-outfitters.com, it was mostly fine. Nothing showed up broken, shipping wasn’t a disaster, and the gear seems usable enough. Just didn’t exactly blow my socks off or anything.

I even checked the size chart before ordering, so I don’t really know what went wrong. It’s just frustrating to wait for something and then have it fit like that. Not doing that again.
